I already own an H700 headset and was pretty happy with it. I tried a few much more expensive models that are DECT based with BT as an afterthought with rather lousy call quality and range. I'm shocked that I can leave my iphone upstairs and take my Anker alone just shy of a block to my mail box and still be connected via BT. This tells me that both Anker and the iPhone 13 are very good at BT. Call quality is always excellent, but my only gripe would be the sensor that detects the headset is off or when I'm moving a lot which mutes the microphone, Thankfully I can disable this feature in the app. It's more comfortable and better quality than the overprixed competition costing double or triple the price. It's been two years and I decided again to purchase a second one the S500 Speakerphone which is also excellent even when compared to the TOTL $400 Jambra which arrived with scratched plastic and cheaply made. The S500 is very impressive in build and sound quality and I love the lit color bar that modulates along with voice activity giving excellent visual feedback whether there's a connectiviy, volume, or mute situation. The red mic mute indicator is also idiot-proof. I'm returning the other items I really thought would be better than Anker. I'll save at least $750 and have better quality products with a longer warranty and Anker support which is superb. Im very happy I took a chance on Ankerwork when they first came out and my reordering more products speaks volumes. Take a bow, Anker, I'm not easily impressed and rarely leave reviews at 2:00am, but I really appreciate your efforts and hope you keep up the outstanding work!

I work with 10-12 community business leaders each month in several rural communities in South Dakota. The AnkerWork S500 speakerphone works great in small conference rooms when we have to bring in special guest or business owner who is traveling.

We have lots of Anker products, and they always exceed expectations. This speaker is no exception.

You pay the price for the quality you get

I work in IT as a developer and we work all remote. I have tried various solutions under $100 and none of them worked well. After switching to PowerConf S500 it works so well everyone at work complimented the quality if audio they are getting. It works well over Bluetooth via the provided dongle as well as via the USB C cable they provide. Mind you we use Remote desktop for work session (Azure WVD) and calls from inside remote desktop also works equally well. Of course I am on a very fast 1Gbps connection. And my host machine is running WIndows 11 Pro.
