How do I install AnkerWork B600?
Option A:
On Top of Your Monitor
Unfold the clip so it fits over the top of your monitor. To secure the clip, press it against the back of your device.
Adjust the video bar up or down, or rotate it to your preferred position.
If the joint between the video bar and the clip is not tight enough, tighten the screw with the built-in handle at the base or a flathead screwdriver (not included).
Option B:
On a Tripod on Your Desk
With the clip folded in, mount the video bar onto a tripod (not included) with a ¼ inch thread.
Note:
We recommend installing the AnkerWork B600 on your monitor. If you are using a laptop, we recommend using a tripod for a more secure installation.
How do I connect AnkerWork B600 to a computer?
1. Connect the video bar to a computer using the provided USB-C to USB-C cable (or other Anker USB-C to USB-C cables with a length of less than 2 m and a transfer speed of 480 mbps).
2. Connect the video bar to a power supply using the provided power adapter (or a USB wall charger with an output of at least 5 V / 2 A).
3. Open the software you want to use with the video bar. The LED indicator will turn blue when the communication software (such as Zoom) is using its microphone or camera.
Note:
1. The USB-A port can only support Anker's wireless headphones (such as the PowerConf H700) with a USB receiver. You can pair your headphones with the video bar for the best experience.
2. The LED indicator will flash red if the power adapter is connected to the data port by mistake.
How do I set up the power adapter?
1. Align the groove of the plug with the pins on the power adapter.
2. Press and turn the plug clockwise to lock.
3. To remove the plug, turn it counterclockwise while pressing the push button.
Note: A general USB wall charger with an output of at least 5V / 2A can also be used to power AnkerWork B600.
How do the indicators work?
When both data and power cables are correctly connected:
- blue means the microphone or camera is in use;
- red means the microphone is muted.
Flashing red means the data and power cables are plugged into the wrong ports.
There are no LED prompts when only the power cable is connected.
What do the buttons on AnkerWork B600 control?
- Mute / unmute the microphone by pressing the button on the left side.
- Turn the edge light on / off by pressing the button on the right side. You can also rotate the edge light 135° or wider to turn on the light.
- Slide the brightness bar to adjust brightness.
Does AnkerWork B600 support Bluetooth connectivity?
No, AnkerWork B600 does not currently support Bluetooth.

What can I do with the AnkerWork software?
1. Update the webcam's firmware by going to Device Switch on the left top corner > Select Device > Device > Inspection Update.
2. View the webcam's FAQ and get in contact with technical support by clicking the question mark.
3. Go to Customizable Mode to adjust the settings according to your preference.
4. Adjust the brightness and color temperature, turn on / off the light, and enable automatic light adjustment.
Does the AnkerWork software support virtual background settings?
No, the AnkerWork software does not currently support virtual background settings. However, you can set virtual backgrounds via a third-party software that supports this feature.
What does the edge light do?
The edge light can enhance the brightness of your face in dark environments, making you appear brighter and more professional on video calls.
To turn on the edge light, position it to an angle of 135° or wider. You can also activate the edge light via the AnkerWork software.
Adjust the brightness by sliding the brightness bar on the edge light, or adjust it on the AnkerWork software.
Using the AnkerWork software, you can also adjust the brightness and color temperature or enable automatic light adjustment.
Does AnkerWork B600 support 60 fps?
No, AnkerWork B600 only supports 30 fps. The frame rate will be affected by third-party softwares and network bandwidth, but the camera will auto-adjust to ensure the frame rate remains constant.
Can AnkerWork B600 automatically adjust its image brightness?
1. AnkerWork B600 has both auto exposure and auto white balancing functions, which together, automatically correct the brightness according to the environment.
2. The edge light function can be turned on to enhance the brightness of your face in dark situations.
3. The edge light has an auto light adjustment function, which allows the edge light to recognize the brightness level on human faces and automatically adapt.
When should I turn on the edge light?
We recommend turning on the edge light when light conditions are below 30 lux. When using AnkerWork B600 in situations with bright light, the auto exposure and white balancing features are powerful enough to ensure proper brightness is used, but will not make your image overly bright.
Will AnkerWork B600's picture quality be affected by other connected devices or third-party software?
When AnkerWork B600 is connected to a third-party conferencing software, the quality of the video image may be affected.
For example, the maximum resolution for Zoom is 720p and 360p for Microsoft Teams. AnkerWork B600 will only display image quality in 720p and 360p,
respectively, despite it being capable of supporting up to 2K resolution.
The quality of the video image can also be influenced by the network bandwidth and processing mechanisms used by third-party software.
Can AnkerWork B600 support two streams simultaneously?
Due to the limitations of the USB (UVC) protocol, only one video stream is supported at a time. Make sure that the AnkerWork software is closed when you use AnkerWork B600 with a third-party software.
How do I improve the microphone's vocal pickup on my AnkerWork B600?
Improve your microphone's vocal pickup ability by speaking within 3 m of the product and regularly updating the firmware. It is also recommended that you use personal workstations, rather than meeting rooms.
Does AnkerWork B600 have built-in speakers?
Yes, AnkerWork B600 has two, 2W built-in speakers. Keep the firmware updated to get the best audio results.
Does AnkerWork B600 support Windows Hello?
